**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to understand requirements and product features, and plan how we can transform those ideas into great-looking websites and landing pages.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts for our products, incorporating branding elements and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain consistent product branding across all website designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, adhering to best practices and design standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, maintaining consistency and responsiveness across platforms.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites, making design enhancements as needed.
- Provide design support and guidance to other team members as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Experience in building 10+ complex website projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and its integration with design elements is a plus.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles and their integration into web design.
- Proficient in WordPress, CSS, and preferably other platforms like Webflow.
- Good knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor and Spectra, as well as custom coding capabilities.

- Consistent adherence to design standards and best practices.
