- Responsibilities_
- _Review submission requests thoroughly to validate submissions versus referrals, escalating those outside guidelines to the underwriting department for approval._
- _Update data in the client system based on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provided guidelines._
- _Ensure turnaround time and document quality meet agreed service level standards._
- _Complete registration tasks, update workflow systems, and send confirmation to designated stakeholders._
- _Provide customer service to underwriters, operations staff across countries, and other functions by researching and resolving issues through internal resources._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduate or postgraduate with strong problem-solving skills._
- _Preferred experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from various sources and systems._
- _Strong judgment and ability to work effectively in a team environment._
- _Proven ability to meet timeliness and accuracy standards in work completion._
- _Proficient written and verbal English communication skills._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word._
