US IT Recruiter

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 1+ years

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).
- Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Etc).
- Minimum 2 year of core hands-on experience in technical hiring.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Cardholders.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like, GC, H1B,H4, OPT, CPT,TN and EADs.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/C2C).
- Working experience with direct customers / Vendors / Implementation Partners.
- Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Hands-on experience in CONTRACT, PERMANENT, CONTRACT-TO-HIRE positions.
- Submitting quality profiles to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Work experience minimum 1 year.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
