**Job Description
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Be direct Line of Report for Supervisors to ensure completion of the work to schedule, budget and specifications.

2. Overall Safety responsibilities for the Project scope of work.

3. Actively promote Zero Accidents Plus (ZAP)

4. Coordinate arrangements between CB&I discipline crews and lower-tier Subcontractors to provide appropriate work site access to all parties

6. Ensure the allocation of mechanical work hours to relevant cost codes and prepare weekly respective discipline progress reports to measure actual versus planned progress for all phases of the direct work

7. Ensure work completed in accordance with the latest revision of issued for construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, Request for Information (RFI’s) and other information

8. Provide timely completion of Punch List items

9. Ensure all lower-tier supervisors are adequately aware of all Safety, Industrial Relations, Quality and Construction Procedures.

10. Determine the labour requirements, requisition and allocate labour to effectively and economically meet the requirements for respectie activities to meet the Construction Schedule and budgets.

11. Ensure the appropriate storage and effective use of all project materials

12. Ensure the appropriate and effective usage of project equipment

13. Ensure economical and proper use of outside hire equipment including all documentation, maintenance and purchase orders

14. Maintain accurate daily job site diary

15. Maintain cost control over labour and supplies

16. Attend site safety committee meetings

17 Conduct weekly formal job site inspections of equipment's

18. Ensure that weekly toolbox meetings are conducted by Supervisors

19 Actively participate in CB&I’s Value Awareness Program. Encourage all employees to participate

**Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

12 Experience in oil and gas with major contractors or consultants predominantly performing
