Job Title: Corporate Legal Counsel

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Advise the company on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and propose effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and proactively address any legal implications.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties as needed.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
