
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate B2B sales activities across assigned zone (North/South/East/West).
- Support the zonal sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and product catalogs as per client requirements.
- Maintain CRM/database with updated client interactions, status, and feedback.
- Schedule and follow up on meetings, demos, or calls between clients and sales team members.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of client information, feedback, and sales insights.
- Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Any graduate may apply.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in B2B sales coordination or inside sales preferred.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Sheet and CRM software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
