**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable **Customer Support Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly, professionally, and with empathy. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s reputation for excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal databases.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Identify trends in customer concerns and report to management for improvement.
- Assist in creating support documentation such as FAQs and help articles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (any stream).
- Proven customer service or support experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
