**Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist**

**Location: Noida Sector 63**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage **comprehensive SEO strategies** to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
- Conduct **in-depth keyword research**, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize **on-page elements** such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Improve **off-page SEO** through link-building strategies, outreach, and partnerships.
- Analyse **website performance metrics**, track key KPIs, and generate detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with **content marketing teams** to optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with **Google algorithm updates** and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work with **web developers** to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness.
- Oversee and manage **local SEO strategies** for improved visibility in local search results.
- Implement **E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness)** guidelines to enhance website credibility and search rankings.
- Conduct **competitor benchmarking** to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Train and mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, IT.
- **3 to 6 years of proven SEO experience**.
- Expertise in **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools**.
- Experience with **content optimization, keyword strategy, and link-building techniques**.
- Understanding of **Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and best practices**.
- Experience managing **local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or enterprise SEO projects**.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Shift**:5:00 PM to 2:30 AM**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
