**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure robust identity management and governance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management and governance issues.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to respond promptly and mitigate risks.
- Create and maintain documentation for security processes configurations and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on identity management and security best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in security incident response and recovery efforts as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that all security measures align with the companys overall security strategy and objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of identity management and governance principles.
- Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management.
- Show expertise in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Have experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
- Display the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Possess excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies.
- Have experience in participating in security incident response efforts.
- Show the ability to understand and address stakeholder security requirements.
- Ensure alignment of security measures with the companys overall strategy.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
