**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post cash receipts to customer accounts from banking platforms on a daily basis.
- Raising payments on the banking systems.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Contact customers for remittance advices and to discuss queries.
- Liaison with credit control and accounts payable teams to identify and post transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
- Working with Cash & Bank Manager to streamline processes.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Prior experience in an Account Receivable/cash & bank or accounting role.
- High attention to accuracy and detail is a must.
- Experience of handling high volumes of transactions methodically and ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent numeracy & analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work tasks without ongoing direction.
- Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in ESS.
- Team player with the ability to share knowledge.
