**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Java Fullstack development and Springboot Microservices.
- Demonstrate expertise in PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
- Show proficiency in DevOps practices and tools including container management with Kubernetes and Redhat Openshift.
- Be skilled in using Datadog for monitoring and logging.
- Have a solid understanding of AWS Cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Have a proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Show a commitment to adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
