**Sales Executive - TMT Bar Sales (Field Role)**

**Location**: Sonepat, Panipat, Karnal, Rohtak

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: Negotiable
**Schedule**: Day Shift
**Work Location**: In-person (Field Work Required Daily)

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Sales Executive** with strong field sales experience. This is a **100% field-based role**—you will be on the ground daily, meeting clients, visiting construction sites, and driving revenue. If you have sales experience (in the **steel** or **TMT bar industry is a bonus)**, we want to hear from you.

You’ll play a key role in generating leads, presenting products, and building long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, and project heads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach dealers, contractors, and real estate developers
- Present TMT bar products confidently and explain key benefits
- Visit customer sites for meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Negotiate and help close deals in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and market competition
- Report feedback to help refine sales strategies

**Qualifications**
- Minimum education**:12th pass**:

- **1-2 years of field sales experience** required (TMT/steel industry preferred)
- Strong **communication** and **negotiation** skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time on the field
- **Must own a two-wheeler** and hold a valid **driving license**:

- Familiarity with TMT bar grades and the market is a plus
