**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting FMCG products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

**Product Knowledge**:Possess in-depth knowledge of the FMCG product line.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

**Merchandising and Display**:Ensure optimal product visibility through strategic merchandising and display in retail outlets.
Collaborate with store managers to secure prime shelf space and maximize product exposure.

**Order Management**:Process and manage product orders efficiently.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels in retail stores.

**Market Analysis**:Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities.

**Customer Service**:Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Actively seek customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant education is a plus.

**Experience**:Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar field.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer skills for order processing and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Driving License**:A valid driver's license and own transportation are required.

**Physical Fitness**:Ability to lift and move product boxes as needed.
