**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.

Introduce company products or services to potential clients over the phone.

Explain the features and benefits of products or services and answer any questions from customers.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients if required.

Follow up on initial contacts and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and conversion rates.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Handle customer objections and professionally resolve complaints.

Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
