Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile Projects: Oversee and manage agile projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and fulfill business objectives.
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals and priorities.
Sprint Management: Help teams break down large tasks into manageable user stories, prioritize work, and manage the sprint backlog.
Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove roadblocks and impediments that may hinder the team's progress to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress and performance using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and take appropriate steps to mitigate those risks.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to adopt agile best practices and improve their processes.
Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on agile processes and principles, helping them grow and perform effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are understood and met, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:
10+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from start to finish.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe) is preferred.
