**Responsibilities**:
**System Operation**:Operate and maintain Microsoft Business Central to support daily business operations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and implement system improvements.

**Data Management**:Oversee data entry and accuracy within the ERP system.
Manage data migration processes and ensure data integrity.
Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective measures as needed.

**User Training and Support**:Provide training to end-users on Microsoft Business Central functionalities.
Offer ongoing support to address user queries and resolve system-related issues.
Develop and maintain user documentation for reference and training purposes.

**Customization and Configuration**:Customize Microsoft Business Central to align with business processes and requirements.
Configure modules, workflows, and dashboards to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Stay updated on new features and updates within Microsoft Business Central.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an ERP Operator, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Business Central.
- Strong understanding of ERP principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data management, data migration, and data integrity practices.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay informed about ERP industry trends.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Business Central certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,438.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
