The SAP Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs for SAP end-users, ensuring users understand SAP system functionalities and can use them effectively in their daily operations. This role is key in facilitating SAP adoption and enhancing organizational efficiency.

- **Training Experience**: Prior experience in delivering software training; experience with adult learning principles is beneficial.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with different e-learning platforms and tools; ability to create engaging training content.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all organizational levels.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Capable of identifying and addressing user issues and training gaps effectively.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing technology, organizational needs, and training methodologies.
- **Certifications** (Optional but Preferred): SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or training programs, or certifications in training and development (e.g., ASTD, ATD).
- **Project Management Skills** (Optional): Ability to manage training projects, timelines, and deliverables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
