**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Support the Principal**: Provide administrative and advisory support to the Principal in the development and implementation of the school's strategic plan.
- **Curriculum Leadership**: Oversee the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring that it is aligned with international best practices and meets the needs of all learners.
- **Academic Management**: Manage the school's academic programs, including the recruitment and development of teachers, curriculum design, and assessment and evaluation processes.
- **Teacher Development**: Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
- **Student Support**: Develop and implement initiatives to support students' social, emotional, and academic well-being.
- **Communication**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the school's academic programs, including risks associated with curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and student safety.
- **Budget Management**: Contribute to the development and management of the school's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the school's strategic objectives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the school complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to curriculum, assessment, and reporting.
- **Representation**: Represent the school at local and international conferences, meetings, and events to promote the school's reputation and partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- **Master's Degree**: A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
- **Leadership Experience**: Proven leadership experience in a senior educational role, including experience in curriculum design, teacher development, and student support.
- **Teaching Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of academic achievement and leadership.
- **International Education Experience**: Experience working in an international education context, with familiarity with international curricula and assessments (e.g., IB, Cambridge).
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions.
- **Collaborative Mindset**: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: A willingness to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in response to new challenges and opportunities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
