Job Title : Production Supervisor

Qualification Dip / BE Mech, Automobile

Experience : 1 to 2 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:Directing and managing a production team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:Coordinating production schedules, setting targets, and ensuring timely completion of production runs.
- **Quality Control**:Monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment, and complying with relevant regulations.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Communicating with other departments, including quality control, engineering, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem-solving and Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies.
- **Team Development**:Training, coaching, and mentoring production staff to improve skills and performance.
- **Performance Management**:Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available, and preventing stockouts.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyzing production data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
