**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and execute innovative and engaging designs for various projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital advertising, website assets, social media graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
