**Position: Accounts Executive** **Location: Trichy Cantonment**

**Role Overview**:As an Accounts Executive at RIBO Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in accounting practices will contribute to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers for accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
- Assist with audits and internal control assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of taxation regulations is a plus.
