**Key Responsibilities**:
Design & Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for print and digital platforms, such as social media, websites, newsletters, banners, and packaging.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand’s identity and values.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to brainstorm and execute design strategies that align with company objectives.
Conceptualization: Translate marketing and promotional objectives into clear, creative visual concepts.
Review & Revise: Ensure timely revisions and final approval of artwork, ensuring the highest quality is met before publication or production.
Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, marketing, and advertising, incorporating new techniques and styles into projects.
Adaptation: Modify existing designs to meet evolving business needs while maintaining the original design intent.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize a digital library of creative assets, such as logos, templates, and design elements.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
**Experience: Minimum 2-3 years** of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
**Technical Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or coral draw design software. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion graphics is a plus.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including branding, layout design, and digital media.

**Soft Skills**:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Creativity with the ability to think outside the box.
Other: Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX is a bonus.
**Note: 3 Yrs Exp in FMCG, Food, Spices**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
