1. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**
- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, or institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and offer appropriate banking or financial solutions.

2. **Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends to position products effectively.

3. **Market Research and Strategy**
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns.

4. **Networking and Partnerships**
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.
- Develop partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral sources for business leads.

5. **Proposal and Pitch Development**
- Prepare customized presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients or partners.

6. **Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide client feedback to product teams to influence service improvement and innovation.

7. **Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure all client acquisition and sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies.
- Perform due diligence and risk assessment for client onboarding.

8. **Reporting and Performance Tracking**
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
