**About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Animator to bring digital characters, environments, and visual effects to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling through motion, understands animation principles, and can collaborate across design and production teams. If you’re passionate about crafting immersive visuals and have a strong portfolio to show for it, we’d love to see your work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and animate 3D characters, props, and environments for various digital projects.
- Create dynamic **product animations** to highlight features and benefits.
- Develop and implement compelling **visual effects (VFX)** such as particle systems, simulations, and atmospheric effects.
- Translate storyboards and scripts into compelling animated sequences.
- Collaborate with designers, riggers, and developers to ensure the smooth integration of assets.
- Optimize animations for performance across platforms and devices.
- Maintain organized animation libraries and documentation.
- Stay current with animation trends, software updates, and visual storytelling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement.
- Experience with rigging, skinning, and character animation workflows.
- Proven experience with **product animation and VFX**creation.
- Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards into dynamic visual sequences.
- Must provide a portfolio or demo reel showcasing 3D animation work.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with rendering engines (e.g., Arnold, Redshift, Unreal Engine).
- Experience with motion capture workflows and cleanup.
- Basic knowledge of modeling, texturing, and lighting.
- Understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
