**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver well-structured lessons in Accountancy aligned with CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Use innovative teaching methods including case studies and digital tools to engage students.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Collaborate with peers and school leadership for cross-functional academic activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty development programs.

**Education**:
Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) with a B.Ed. mandatory.

**Experience**:
Minimum 4 years of experience teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school.

**Skills**:

- Strong command of Accountancy concepts and pedagogy.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools (MS Office, Smart Boards, etc.)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
