**Position **-Purchase officer / Purchase Executive

Qualification -BE / Diploma Electronics Engg or Any Graduate

**Skills** -Electronic Components, Purchase, Material Management, Negotiation, Procurement Planning, Material Procurement, Purchase Management,Buyer Activities,New Vendor Development.

**Location - Pune, Khed Shivapur, Velu Phata, Sidhhivinayak Hospital**

**Experience - 03-06 yrs**

**Industry - Electronics PCB and Control Panel Manufacturing**

**Job Profile -**

Minimum 1/2 years of work experience in Control Panel manufacturing industry as a Purchase Executive / Officer.

Must know the Procurement cycle for Electronics Components.

Knowledge & Experience in new supplier development.

Costing of Equipment (Electrical, Electronic, Power Electronic)

Experience in Vendor development & Import of Electronic components.
- Material Inspection & Documentation - Making of quality sheet for checking the material
- Inter and intra-department co-ordination and various follow ups
- preparation of MIS reports connected to purchases.
- All Factory level purchases.
- Electronic items purchasing.
- New Vendor Development & Rate negotiation, Purchase Electronics Sourcing & Procurement of material. Vendor management, follow-up of ordered material.
- Good understanding of electronics, product assembly & electrical panels.
- Maintain a database of new vendors and existing vendors.
- Task asigned by HOD.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Control panel Manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
