**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough category research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and design logos that effectively communicate the brand’s essence and resonate with the target audience.
- Create comprehensive visual identity systems that ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Design innovative and visually stunning packaging for a variety of products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and production to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand strategy.
- Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience **(2-4 years)** in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
