**Job Summary**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage around 100 inbound and outbound calls daily in a timely manner
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting as per the matrix
- Follow up customer calls where necessary

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Ability to Solve Problems with Empathy and Patience
- Ability to work with Team
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in Spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

**Qualification** : Graduate (Full Time) in any discipline.

- Day shift

- Jogeshwari, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

- Tele calling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi English Marathi (preferred)
