- Develop drawings and provide them to the execution team and update the drawings
- Assist in the preparation of handing over documents
- Prepare BOQ for in-house projects
- Assist in the preparation of Quotations and estimates
- Assist in the preparation of construction agreements
- Assist in the preparation of Specification
- Submit stage payment request to banks
- Assist in preparation of project reports
- Prepare approval drawings
- Carry out site visits for new projects
- Prepare loan papers
- Maintain hard copy and soft copy files
- Assist for CRISIL and IGBC certifications

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
