We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Nasdaa Interiors. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and calling on leads. Your role will include providing services information, answering customer queries, and building positive relationships to help convert leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Explain products and services to potential clients.
- Working on leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
- Update the Excel or CRM with customer details and lead status regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Senior Secondary(12th), diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with excel and CRM software and telecalling systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
