**Why we're hiring**:
Reporting to the Head of O365, the Power Platform Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and vision, identify and evaluate requirements, own the product backlog and evangelize to prodie value to WPP and its OpCo.

The role will deliver expert leadership in the Power Platform stack providing a point of contact for all Power Platform related topics and opportunities.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work with the Power Platform Technical Lead to define and continuously review the roadmap for the Power Platform and ensure it meets both business and technology objectives maximising the benefits for WPP
- Drive the identification of enhancements and continuous improvements within the platform, supporting the improvement in value and satisfaction
- Be accountable for planning, prioritisation and delivery of the platform backlog/services, working closely with the appropriate stakeholders
- Provide product innovation and evolution ideas to maximise the value from the platform.
- Provide and maintain Standards and Guidelines to ensure the platform is product safe and secure, engaging with WPP Risk and Security team.
- Manage and research Third Party Apps queries via the CAB board
- Liaise with Microsoft to provide feedback on product improvement and represent WPP interest and top client
- Work with the Change & Adoption Lead to define activities required to continually promote and raise awareness of Power Platform
- Host and deliver regular events and forums to promote the awareness and use of the platform and create training sessions as required
- Power Platform Community Management - act as Lead SME and ensure all queries are reviewed and responded/redirected
- Keep up to date in a constantly evolving technology and Power Platform stack
- Escalation point for support and carrying out troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving problems received from the organization
- Oversee the delivery of leading-edge Power Platform advice and whilst gathering requirements to all clients when assisting in the design and development of Power Platform apps via Self-Service, App Clinics and Co-Creation
- Ensure all aspects of the platform are addressed, including scalability, security, maintainability and supportability
- Work closely with the relevant 3rd party teams to ensure that the platform infrastructure, alerting and support is robust and cost-effective.
- Engage regularly with Microsoft to understand latest advancements and features of the Platform and the benefits for WPP and how to drive overall maturity of Power Platform

**What you'll need**:

- Good 'all-round' understanding of the Microsoft M365 Environment (Azure, AD, Office Packages, Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, Security and Teams)
- Power Platform expert (PowerApps, Automate, Power BI and Dynamics 365) with a passion for technology and drive to build enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills. Ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for explanatory purposes
- Training experience
- Project management skills and agile practices knowledge
- MS Certification beneficial
- Knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly
- Ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for Power Platform
- Excellent time management, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead teams or individually on projects
- Solid understanding of design practices and system architecture, and have contributed to creating reference architecture and standards towards security best practises for wid
