Job Responsibility : Solutioning /Presales/ Architect / Client Interface/ Functional

Job Location : Noida/ Bangalore/ Remote

Experience : 8- 15 years

Notice : Quick Joiners will be preferred
- 8+ years of progressive Experience in product development with a particular focus on Hyperion EPM solutions
- Should have at least multiple Cloud EPM End to end Implementation experience.
- Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation
- Prior experience leading HCM implementations/upgrades
- Design and deliver HCM Cloud Core HR functional architecture strategy, with leading practices during HCM transformations.
- Lead Testing and Training Programs during EPM Cloud Transformations
- Lead or support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with the EPM Cloud Solution
- Support sales cycles as needed as a Subject Matter Expert
- Pre-sales support activities including supporting Sales Teams by identifying and quantifying Oracle Cloud EPM value proposition and best solution.
- Coordinate and deliver demonstrations of the product.
- Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities and superior presentation and demonstration skills.
