**Open Position : TELE COUNSELLOR**
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Taking customer calls and solving queries.
- Conduct telephonic or online counselling seasons with parents.

**Criteria**:

- Graduate / Undergraduates also can apply.
- Minimum 12thpass out with result in hand.
- Good Communication skills in both Hindi & English.
- Experience needed 0-2 Years.
- Freshers can apply.

**Industry Exposure Required**:

- Experience in outbound tele calling/telesales/lead generation.

**Salary Up to - 21K (In hand )**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurugram, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
