**What you'll do**
- In the role of a Associate Data Scientist (internally: Business Processes Associate Consultant), you will work in the data science team of the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) - Application Integration with focus on the development and integration of the SAP AI CoPilot Joule for Customer Transformation Projects and Intelligent Service Delivery Hub (ISD Hub).
- Your future tasks cover research, develop, deploy and operate AI solutions or AI services that support the intelligent service delivery to accelerate customers' software implementation, transformation, or upgrade project, and quality related tasks to fulfill SAP’s high product quality standards.
- As a member in the data science team, you will work in a cross-team development project or stand-alone AI project and are responsible for completing and communicating the progress and status of your assigned tasks.

**What you bring**
- University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related (especially statistics), Graduates with relevant Internship experience are Welcome

Experience in a few of the following:

- Python & JAVA (with related common libraries)
- Different machine learning libraries (e.g. sklearn, sentence-transformers, langchain )
- Data modelling & visualization
- Clustering and Graph-Network Analysis
- Regression, Classification & Neuronal Networks
- SAP AI Platforms and technologies: BTP, e.g. with AI Core, AI Launchpad, Unified/Business Agent Foundation, Document Grounding and/or Build Process Automation

Knowledge for Development and Deployment for Cloud Application
- Configuration of CI/CD Pipeline (e.g. Jenkins)
- Relational Database (or other type of database) and SQL
- Knowledge of different development languages (e.g JavaScript)

Knowledge and experience in Project Work
- Understand priority and dependency of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members (agile) and complete the assigned tasks in time and in budget.

**Meet your team**
- Our COE team primarily focuses on SAP S/4HANA Finance, Custom Code Management and Data Volume Management and Service Development for PE/PS, ES and Preferred Success. We run assessments of functional and technical design, analyze system performance, monitor systems during testing and GoLive and actively support resolving business critical situations.
- The data science team focus on data analysis and using AI technique to develop data driven AI solution or services to empower intelligent service delivery.
