**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
- Prepare and format graphics for various platforms, adhering to the specific size and quality requirements.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various channels, including social media, YouTube, and website use.
- Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, animations, and other visual effects to enhance video production quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to storyboard, film, and edit videos that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Optimize video content for performance on different social media platforms.
- **Content Development**:

- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital content to engage the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for campaigns and brand messaging.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain organized files, project documentation, and version control for all design and video assets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Software Proficiency**:

- **Graphic Design**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- **Video Editing**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
- **Other Tools**: Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent visual storytelling and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to feedback and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with photography and video production techniques.
- Knowledge of social media platform requirements for video content (e.g., aspect ratios, lengths, and formats).
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation or motion graphics (a plus).
