**Role Overview**:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects efficiently. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth planning, execution, and delivery of sprints. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Agile practices, Jira, and Confluence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Agile Facilitation**:

- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

**Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and define sprint goals.Monitor sprint progress, identify impediments, and work with the team to resolve them promptly.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.Manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed of project status and risks.

**Tool Expertise**:
Utilize Jira and Confluence to track sprint progress, manage backlogs, and maintain project documentation.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.
- Support the team in achieving high performance and meeting sprint objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Agile methodologies**and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor sprints successfully.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and diverse Agile environments.
- Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent.
