**Role Objective**:
To support the operations team in safely operating and maintaining packaging machinery, while learning key production and quality processes in a real-time manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging machines (e.g., Paper Handle bag, Shipping bags, etc.)
- Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Check packaging quality and report any defects or malfunctions
- Support the maintenance team in routine cleaning and basic upkeep of machines
- Record production output and machine downtime as instructed
- Learn and adhere to 5S and lean manufacturing practices

**Key Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Printing, Packaging or Industrial Engineering
- Basic understanding of machine operation or industrial work environment
- Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment
- Physically fit to work in shifts and on standing machinery

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Exposure to production KPIs and quality standards
- Workplace discipline, team coordination, and industrial safety

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
