**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Classes**: Coordinate with students and instructors to schedule classes, ensuring that timetables are managed efficiently and conflicts are minimized.
- **Arrange Materials**: Organize and distribute notes, study materials, and other resources necessary for student learning and progression.
- **Lead Generation and Admissions**: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students. Follow up on leads, conduct admission processes, and maintain records of prospective students.
- **Student Support**: Provide ongoing support to current students, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing chess tournaments, workshops, and other academy events.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining student records, updating databases, and managing correspondence.
- **Communication**: Ensure effective communication between students, parents, and instructors to facilitate smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a counseling or administrative role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is highly recommended.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for education and an interest in chess is a plus.
