**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all machinery, spare parts, raw materials, and plant-related requirements.
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality and delivery timelines.
- Monitor market trends and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the production, maintenance, and finance teams to understand and fulfill purchase requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in the ERP system.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid any disruption in production.
- Prepare purchase orders and arrange for the delivery of goods and services.
- Track inventory levels and reorder when necessary.
- Proven experience in the **corrugation box** or **manufacturing industry** is **mandatory**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **machinery and related purchase items**.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, vendor networks, and cost-effective buying practices.
- Proficiency in using **ERP systems** for procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Supply Chain or Procurement will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
