**Position Title: Counselor for Fashion Designing Institute**

**Location**: Jaipur, India

**Salary Range**: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

**Overview**:
As a Counselor for our Fashion Designing Institute in Jaipur, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students seeking advice or assistance regarding our programs. Your primary objective will be to increase admissions by effectively counseling potential students, engaging in proactive outreach through calls and follow-ups, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and interests.
- Provide detailed information about our fashion designing programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and career prospects.
- Address any queries or concerns raised by students regarding the institute, courses, or enrollment procedures.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with potential students, encouraging them to choose our institute for their educational journey.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, open houses, and other promotional events to attract potential students.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, inquiries, and admissions data using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational advancements, and competitor activities to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge of fashion designing education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of fashion designing industry trends, educational programs, and career opportunities is preferred.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
