**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging **social media creatives** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create **posters, banners, flyers, and visual materials** for product launches, campaigns, in-store displays, and corporate branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute designs for **advertising, events, and exhibitions**.
- Ensure all visuals maintain a consistent **brand identity** and aesthetic across platforms.
- Edit and enhance **photos, product renders**, and real-site images when required.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for high-quality output.
- Manage multiple design tasks with **tight timelines** while maintaining creativity and quality.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing (FMCG/Building Materials/Interior brands preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other online design tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of **print production formats and resolutions**.
- Knowledge of **reels, short video design, and motion graphics** is a bonus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
