**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for primary school students (grades 1-5).
- Teach basic English skills, including reading, writing, spelling, and comprehension.
- Create and implement engaging activities to enhance students’ language skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to participate and learn.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Provide individual support to students who require additional help in their learning.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Encourage and motivate students to develop an interest in reading, writing, and language arts.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language, with the ability to teach primary school children.
- Creative teaching methods and ability to engage young learners.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to use different teaching resources, such as books, multimedia, and educational tools.
- Classroom management skills and the ability to create a disciplined learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) degree is mandatory.
- 02-05 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary English education.
- Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
