**Job Title: Reel & Video Creator (Hybrid / Full-Time)**
**Location: Delhi, Pitampura, Hybrid (Work from Office + Client Location Shoots)**
**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos aligned with brand goals.
- Visit client offices or locations for on-site video shoots (travel as required within the city).
- Set up and operate video equipment, lighting, and audio gear during shoots.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.
- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Stay updated with current trends, challenges, and styles in social media video content.
- Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for shoot planning, approvals, and revisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating short-form video content, especially Reels and social media videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software and mobile editing apps.
- Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting setup, and audio recording.
- Ability to travel for client shoots (within city limits).
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Your own basic camera gear (not mandatory but preferred).
- Experience in client-facing roles or shoots.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animations.

**Working Mode**:
**Hybrid Role: Combination of office work, remote work, and on-site shoots.**

**Full-Time Engagement: Monday to Saturday (Flexible timings depending on shoot schedules).**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
