**ITI Fitter (Maintenance & Electronics)**

**Location: Boisar**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Maintenance Tasks**:

- Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment.
- Repair and service pumps, valves, compressors, mixers, and other plant equipment.
- Conduct lubrication, alignment, and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and minor electronic faults in machines and systems.

**2. Electronics Handling**:

- Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and PLCs.
- Support in the installation and configuration of electronic systems and devices.
- Assist the electrical team with repair and maintenance of wiring and control panels.

**3. Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance work, including repairs, spare parts usage, and downtime.
- Create and update preventive maintenance schedules and reports.
- Document and report safety incidents, equipment malfunctions, and corrective actions.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all tasks comply with safety protocols and standards specific to the chemical industry.
- Use proper PPE while performing tasks in hazardous environments.
- Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager, Electrical team, and Production team.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, service, and technical support when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- ITI in Fitter, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role in the chemical, manufacturing, or allied industries.

**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of basic electronics, including sensors, controllers, and PLCs.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.

**Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Work Conditions**:

- Work in shifts as per plant requirements.
- Exposure to chemical environments—strict adherence to safety guidelines required.

CTC- 15000 to 20000 Per Month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
