- Onboarding of SMEs to drive overall Sales targets
- Anchor the business discussion to ensure company strategy is embedded in these Top Region SMEs - understand and translate the strategy into actionable goals and objectives for the SME
- Onboard the SMEs partners and his direct contact sales points on SOLV platform and generate more leads for FOS
- Review and analyze category and brand performance in these accounts and suggest corrective actions
- Plan and organize sales events and push for sales and activation
- Recommend and grow business in these SME, by innovative cataloging and showcasing. Apart from driving best offer price and planning Big Day Sales
- Create the best eCom B2B experience for the SMEs and achieve sales targets
- Ensure Best in Class execution of brand activation plans for partner SMEs
- Ensure commercial and business hygiene and timely servicing of orders and prioritizing stocks, after sales service, returns, etc., for customer delight
- Ensure partner SMEs also act as brand ambassador and engages in dual role of buyer and seller with SOLV
- Continuously monitor and evaluate SMEs business infrastructure and performance on SOLV and taking corrective actions, if required
- Liaise with R-KAM and provide immediate support on all cross functions, for growing business in these SMEs
- Qualifications
- Total 6+ years of experience, out of which 3-4 years of experience of whitegoods, or mobile / accessories
- in channel sales is a MUST (Partner onboarding, Contacts with Top Sellers in the category, Good understanding of Product
- assortment, Pricing, Placement and Cataloging). Experience in online buyer or seller onboarding will be an added advantage
- Maintain very good partner relations
- Clear and deep understanding of B2B in retail environment
- Ability to manage high level of assortment complexity
- Ability to assess market potential and business drivers by geography
- Good mix of Operational execution, Conceptual thinking & a strategic bent of mind
- Ability to understand, connect and infer from cross category learning
- Adept at competitor analysis - competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Preferred Qualification: Any
