Act as the first point of contact for skin and hair leads. Solve queries convincingly to convert them into clients.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to clients.
- Promote clinic services and products, meet sales targets, and contribute to the clinic's growth. Calling and following up on leads will be a significant part of the responsibilities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to monitor their progress and treatment satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Ensuring growth from all service verticals.
- Maintain client records, schedule and send timely appointment reminders, and assist with clinic promotional and marketing activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
