**Job Summary**:
As a Corporate HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources strategies and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for core recruitment activities, including sourcing and selecting top talent for key positions within the organization. Additionally, you will lead employee engagement activities to enhance our organizational culture and promote employee satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to augment talent pipelines as needed.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, including but not limited to team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and promote employee development and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management and continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring executive and senior management positions.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
