Education : Bsc chemistry/BE in mechanical/B.tech polymer/Plastic molding.
Experience : 3 to 4 years
Job Location Koregaon bhima Pune.
Designation : Jr.Supervisor/Supervisor
**Job Description**:
**1. **Responsibilities**:
1.1. Compound testing and reporting.

1.2. Regular compound sampling, testing, reporting.

1.3. Compound documentation for third party inspection.

1.4. Compound documentation for ISO 9001.2015.

1.5. The splicing compound testing.

1.6. In case of machine break down inform to engineering

**2. **Requirements**

2.1. M.S. office basic knowledge.

2.2. Sap knowledge.

2.3. Compound test standards.

2.4. Compound test SOP.

2.5. Compound specification.

2.6. Basic raw material knowledge.

2.7. Basic Belt testing standard understanding.

2.8. Knowledge of different testing standard.

2.9. Must be computer friendly

**3. **Authority**

3.1. If any non-conformity arises in sampling and testing can hold the compound and report.

3.2. If any problems occur on machine must inform to engineering department.

**4. **Accountability**

4.1. Finishing of the regular compound testing within 24 hours.

4.2. SS audit in the lab.

4.3. Daily and monthly report mill control report to higher authority
