**Job Title**: Software Project Coordinator

**Working Hours**: 7 PM to 3 AM (IST)
**Location**: Hybrid Mode (Remote and Office as needed)
**Company**: Canadian-based company (payroll managed by an Indian organization)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Project Coordinator to support the rollout of a new software system across our locations. This role involves coordinating with end-users to identify, track, and resolve software-related queries, working closely with the development team in India to ensure smooth operations and an optimal user experience. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to efficient problem resolution are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for users regarding software-related queries, issues, and feedback.
- Communicate user issues and requirements to the development team in India, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer.
- Track and document issues reported by users, following up with both users and developers to ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the development team to monitor the software’s performance, update relevant stakeholders, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Organize and participate in regular check-ins and update meetings with users to gather insights and provide software usage guidance.
- Be available on a need basis to coordinate with users or developers outside of standard working hours, including weekends, via WhatsApp or other convenient modes, as required.
- Prepare reports on common issues, resolutions, and user feedback to help improve the software and enhance overall user satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, software support, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Flexibility to be available as needed for coordination outside regular hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
