Key Responsibilities:
1. Educational Program Design & Facilitation
- Create Personalized Learning Plans: Design individualized curricula that meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of neurodivergent learners, including 2e and gifted students.
- Lead Interactive Learning Sessions: Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions that incorporate practical skills, critical thinking, and emotional development.
- Adapt Teaching Strategies: Adjust teaching methods and materials to cater to a wide range of learning styles, ensuring each student’s unique needs are met effectively.
- Foster Inclusive Classroom Environment: Create a supportive, inclusive space that encourages collaboration, self-expression, and emotional safety for neurodiverse students.

2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track Student Progress: Monitor academic and emotional development through regular assessments and observations.
- Provide Regular Updates: Share detailed progress reports with families, highlighting strengths, areas of growth, and strategies to support students at home and in the classroom.
- Make Data-Informed Adjustments: Use insights from assessments to continuously adapt learning plans and teaching strategies to meet evolving student needs.

3. Leadership & Operational Management
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the smooth running of day-to-day activities, ensuring the effective execution of all learning programs and student support services.
- Recruitment & Team Collaboration: Lead recruitment efforts for teaching staff, facilitators, and support personnel. Foster a collaborative, positive team environment focused on student success.
- Manage Educational Resources: Oversee inventory management and ensure that learning materials and resources are accessible and in good condition.
- Plan and Manage Logistics: Research, coordinate with vendors, and organize logistics.

Coordinate facilitator training sessions and ensure materials are prepared.
- Oversee Technical Requirements: Arrange for and troubleshoot tech needs for classrooms and virtual sessions.

4. Family & Community Engagement
- Build Relationships with Families: Actively engage with parents and caregivers to maintain a strong support system for students. Share insights, strategies, and resources to support student growth both in school and at home.
- Promote an Inclusive School Culture: Collaborate with the school team to maintain a warm, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere for students and their families.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience working directly with neurodivergent children or adolescents, including those who are gifted and/or 2e (twice-exceptional).
- Proven experience in creating, facilitating, and adapting learning programs for diverse learners.
- Skills:

- Expertise in psychological principles and evidence-based interventions for neurodiverse learners (e.g., ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Dyslexia).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for balancing teaching, administration, and student support.
